Membership Application

Please click here to open the Membership application form in Word. Complete the form, print, sign it, and mail to: Tulsa Ski Club, P.O. Box 702121, Tulsa, OK 74170. This information will be printed in the Skimeister. Membership year is May 1 to April 30. Application cannot be processed without payment. Enclose check payable to Tulsa Ski Club.

Junior Membership
For individuals between the ages of 18 and 29. This membership carries no voting privileges. $25

Single Membership
For single persons, 18 years of age or older. $40

Single Parent Membership
For single, widowed, or divorced parents with children under the age of 18, or under the age of 23 if they are totally dependant. $45

Family Membership
For married couples with or without children. Children can use a family membership as long as they are totally dependant and under 23 years of age. $55
