October 2007 Calendar

It’s the Centennial year for Oklahoma, and our world famous museum is featuring a show of art by Oklahoma native Charles Banks Wilson. A tour of this wonderful exhibit is being led by Ski Club member and museum docent Sonny Wager. Following the tour, which begins at 11am, we’ll gather to socialize over a soup and sandwich lunch. Cost of lunch is $15, and the tour is FREE!! Mark your calendar now for this wonderful opportunity to learn a bit of Oklahoma history, marvel at magnificent art and enjoy the company of interesting people. Remember to invite your friends and let them know that the Tulsa Ski Club is about more than just skiing! Tickets may be purchased at the general meetings, second Tuesday of each month, or call JoAnn at 742-4156. Deadline for ticket purchase is October 1.

Skier's Night Out, at Oktoberfest.

Oktoberfest Sports Tent. The festival is located on the west bank of the Arkansas River at 2100 S. Jackson Avenue. Thursday, October 18, 5:30 pm – 7:30 pm. All members are invited. Bring a friend and let them see what the club is about.
