Policies and Terms
PAYMENTS: Trips require at least a one-third payment. Second payment is due 90 days before trip departure. Full payment is due 60 days prior to departure. The official trip wait list requires an amount equal to the non-refundable processing fee with application.
RETURNED CHECK CHARGE: $25
MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY: Occupancy by extra persons in room, if available, requires agreement of all members in a lodging unit and all shall sign a “Maximum Occupancy” form.
LIABILITY: Tulsa Ski Club will accept no responsibility or liability in respect to either person or property for any loss, expense, damage, injury, accident, delay, irregularity, or inconvenience however occasioned, sustained, or suffered in or during any trip, journey, tour, or activity or in the carrying out of any arrangements booked by or through Tulsa Ski Club in connection with any trip.
DAMAGES: Any person causing damage to any form of transportation, accommodations, facilities, or equipment will be liable for said damages. Trip applications will not be processed without signature (guardian’s signature if applicant is under 18).
NOTE: Trip prices are subject to change when caused by changes beyond Tulsa Ski Club’s control, such as currency exchange rate fluctuations, fuel surcharges, etc.
Cancellations and Refunds
NON-REFUNDABLE PROCESSING FEE: $10 for non-bus trips priced under $100, $25 for bus trips, $50 for US air trips and $100 for trips outside the US.
CANCELLATIONS: Prior to 60 days of departure, money is refunded less the processing fee. Within 60 days of departure, money is refunded only if the trip filled and a replacement was found. If trip never filled, the entire payment will be forfeited. Any variances from these amounts and dates because of outside tour operator policies will be stated in an accompanying trip disclaimer.
